If you have received an e-mail confirmation confirming the cancellation of your membership yet are still being charged, please contact us so that we can more closely investigate the matter. Under normal circumstances, a membership cancellation automatically prevents any further billing.
Upon cancelling your membership, a confirmation e-mail is automatically sent to the e-mail that was used for the initial sign-up.
Since many web-based e-mail providers such as Hotmail, Gmail or Yahoo occasionally mistake confirmation e-mails as spam or junk, please be sure to verify in the spam/junk folders in order to ensure that the confirmation e-mail was indeed received.

Many of the sites allow for the purchase of a trial membership at a special-offer price and are only available for a certain number of days.
As explained on the join page, all trial memberships are automatically upgraded to standard monthly memberships unless they are cancelled within the trial period.
Monthly memberships are billed upon sign-up and every 30 days thereafter until cancelled. Three-month memberships are billed upon sign-up and every 90 days thereafter until cancelled. One-year memberships are only billed upon sign-up and automatically expire after 365 days.
